Puff Pastry Tomato Tarts

A must-have appetizer with snacking tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 250g Azura snacking tomatoes
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Step 2

    For the puff pastries: cut rounds out of the puff pastry using a glass. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3

    For the roasted snacking tomatoes: place the snacking tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 25 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Cut the mozzarella into pieces and top the puff pastries with the roasted snacking tomatoes, mozzarella pieces, and basil leaves.
